Meeting Notes:

• Regular Session / Agenda Setting Session Dates: Regular Voting Session meetings normally take place on the 1st Tuesday of every month and Agenda Setting Session meetings normally take place on the Thursday after the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Dates may be changed for holidays or election days.
• TV Broadcasts: Regular Session and Agenda Setting Sessions are broadcast live and rebroadcast on ACTV Charter Cable Channel 7 locally (Channel 97 on the University of Georgia Cable System) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m. (Note: Live meetings moved to Wednesdays or other days due to holidays or other events will be broadcast live on the meeting date).
• Online Viewing: The meetings are streamed online and available for on-demand online viewing usually within 2 business days after the meeting.
• Special Called Sessions/Work Sessions: Special Called Sessions that begin at 7:00 p.m. on Agenda Setting Session nights are also televised and replayed as part of the Agenda Setting Session broadcasts. Other Special Called Sessions and Work Sessions are not broadcast and take place at various times and locations. Check the online calendar for these schedules or Online Documents for their agendas.
• Agendas: Agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to meetings, but usually posted by the Friday evening prior to meetings. Sometimes they are posted earlier.
• Committees: The Mayor & Commission has three standing committees: the Government Operations Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Legislative Review Committee. Times, days and locations of these meetings can be found in the online calendar, while agendas can be found in Online Documents

Mayor & Commission Regular Session & Special Called Session Meeting Minutes are available online (from 2003 until the most recently approved meeting minutes).
